Do I need to bring my own contacts?
Yes. MAILTIG does not include or sell contact data. You import contacts from CSV or push them through the API, and MAILTIG verifies, segments and tracks them.
Does MAILTIG send LinkedIn messages or SMS for me?
No. LinkedIn, SMS, call and WhatsApp steps create tasks for a person to complete and log. Email is the only channel MAILTIG sends on.
Will my emails land in the inbox?
Nobody can promise that. MAILTIG verifies your DNS records, enforces per-mailbox limits, warms up new senders between your own mailboxes and pauses campaigns when bounces spike. Placement still depends on your reputation, content and recipients.
Is there an annual plan or a discount?
Not at the moment. Plans are billed monthly in USD. Credits you buy never expire, and there are no overage charges.
How do credits work?
One campaign email costs one credit. Address verification costs 0.1. A warm-up message between your own mailboxes costs 0.1. Failed sends are refunded. Sending pauses at zero.
How fast do you reply?
WhatsApp, phone and email are answered on business days. WhatsApp is usually fastest. Creating a workspace does not wait on a reply.
Is MAILTIG available worldwide?
Yes. MAILTIG is outreach software offered worldwide. The operator is RNDSOL. Reach the team by email, phone or WhatsApp from the contact page. Creating a workspace does not depend on where you are.
How do recipients unsubscribe?
Every campaign message includes one-click List-Unsubscribe headers and a footer with the postal address you configure. Unsubscribed, bounced and blocklisted contacts are suppressed at send time.
Do you publish customer reviews?
No. This site does not show star ratings or named customer quotes. Quotes need consent we do not have, so we do not invent them.
Can I see the product before I create a workspace?
Yes. Product tours on this site walk through sequences, DNS checks, the inbox and cost. They do not send email.
Which mailboxes can I connect?
Gmail and Microsoft 365 use OAuth when the operator has configured client IDs. Any other mailbox can use SMTP, with optional IMAP so replies come back. SendGrid, Mailgun and Amazon SES are on Business and Agency.
