MAILTIG privacy notice and your data rights

Who is responsible

RNDSOL operates MAILTIG worldwide. RNDSOL is the controller for this public website and for account and workspace data in the MAILTIG application.

Contact: info@mailtig.com. This notice is the in-force privacy notice for MAILTIG (version 2026-11-06, effective 2026-11-06). It is written to the standards used under the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and the California CCPA/CPRA.

Scope

This notice covers (1) visitors to the public MAILTIG website, (2) people who submit a contact or demo form, and (3) people who create or are invited into a MAILTIG workspace.

This website never collects passwords or mailbox credentials. Sign-in happens on a separate host. Product tours on this site do not send email.

What we collect

Website forms: name, work email, company, country, optional role and team size, message, privacy acknowledgement, optional marketing consent, landing page, and an idempotency key. A hidden honeypot field is used only to reject bots.

Workspace (the application): the contacts you import or push, mailbox connection metadata, campaign content you write, replies that land in the unified inbox, credit ledger rows, and audit events needed to run the workspace.

Analytics, only if you allow them: page id, source bucket, demo type, and similar event names. No names, emails or free-text.

We do not sell personal data. We do not buy or resell a contact list.

Why we use it (lawful bases)

Contract: to create and run a workspace, bill credits, and provide support you asked for.

Legitimate interests: to keep forms safe from abuse, to secure the service, and to understand how the public site is used when you have allowed analytics.

Consent: optional marketing email from this site, and optional analytics cookies. You can refuse both and still use the site and create a workspace.

Legal obligation: invoices, security logs we must keep, and requests from a competent authority.

Commercial email and unsubscribe

Campaign email you send from MAILTIG is your sending. Every campaign message includes one-click List-Unsubscribe headers and a footer with the postal address you configure. Unsubscribed, bounced and blocklisted contacts are suppressed at send time.

Marketing email from this website is sent only if you tick the optional box on a form. You can opt out on any such message or by emailing info@mailtig.com.

Sharing

We share data with subprocessors who host this website, queue form submissions, and run the MAILTIG application, only as needed to provide the service.

We do not share website analytics with advertising networks. Optional Google Analytics loads only if a measurement id is configured and you allow analytics, and only after the content-security policy is widened for that host.

We may disclose data if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal data.

International use

MAILTIG is offered worldwide. Data may be processed in the regions where RNDSOL and its hosting providers operate. Where a transfer law requires safeguards, we use the mechanism that law expects (for example standard contractual clauses for a GDPR transfer).

How long we keep it

Form submissions: until we have answered you, then up to 24 months unless a longer period is required to investigate abuse or a legal claim.

Workspace data: for the life of the workspace, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised after account closure, except records we must keep for tax or security.

Analytics events: aggregated; we do not keep a profile of a visitor.

Consent cookies: 180 days, then you will be asked again.

Your rights

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies: you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and you may withdraw consent. You may complain to a supervisory authority.

If the CCPA/CPRA applies: you may request to know, delete, and correct personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Email info@mailtig.com with enough detail for us to find the record (the thank-you page reference id helps). We may need to verify the request. We respond within the time those laws set.

Children

MAILTIG is a business product. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes

When this notice changes in a way that affects how we use data, we update the version on this page and on the forms. Continued use after the effective date is use under the updated notice.
