What counts as a credit

One unit for every billable action.

One credit per campaign email sent, 0.1 per address verification, 0.1 per warm-up message. Failed sends are refunded, credits never expire, and there are no overage charges.

What MAILTIG does not sell

MAILTIG does not sell contact data, mailbox procurement, shared warm-up networks or private sending IPs. Those are separate purchases from other providers if you need them.

What exactly is a credit?

A credit is the unit MAILTIG bills usage in. One campaign email sent costs one credit; verifying an address costs 0.1; a warm-up message costs 0.1; an enrichment lookup through a paid provider you connect costs 0.5. Failed sends are refunded automatically.

Do credits expire or roll over?

Credits never expire. Monthly plan credits are granted at the start of each period and anything unused stays in your balance, as do credits from packs.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Sending pauses until you add a credit pack or your next monthly allowance arrives. There is no overage billing, so your invoice is never larger than the plan plus the packs you chose to buy.

Is there annual billing or a discount for paying upfront?

No. All plans are billed monthly in USD. If that changes, this page and the catalog it reads from will change together.

Which costs are not on my MAILTIG invoice?

Your mailbox provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), any high-volume sender (SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES), domain and DNS hosting, verification or enrichment provider accounts you connect with your own key, and AI model usage billed by your provider.

How do I change plans?

From Billing inside your workspace. A paid plan starts a new monthly period and grants its allowance immediately. Moving to Free takes effect at once and keeps the credits already in your balance.

Are taxes included?

No. Prices exclude sales tax or VAT, which is determined at checkout from your billing address.
