Import, verify, segment, erase

Import contacts from CSV with custom fields, build lists and segments, verify addresses, keep a timeline of every send, open, click, reply and note, and export or erase a contact's data on request.

MAILTIG does not include a lead database. You bring your own contacts.

Suppression at the moment of sending

Unsubscribed, bounced and blocklisted contacts are suppressed at the moment of sending, and every message carries one-click List-Unsubscribe headers and a footer with your postal address.

Conditions, branches, variants

Build sequences with wait times, open, click and reply conditions, reply branches, A/B variants with a holdout, send windows in a chosen time zone and a daily cap per campaign.

Preflight before the first send

Before a campaign starts, preflight lists blockers and warnings: connected mailboxes, DKIM mode, CAN-SPAM address, audience, credits and schedule. A workspace can require approval before any campaign starts.

Multichannel steps are tasks for people

LinkedIn, SMS, call and WhatsApp steps create tasks for a person to complete. MAILTIG does not send on those channels for you.

A breaker, not a dashboard warning

After 20 sent emails, a bounce rate of 5% or more pauses the campaign automatically with an explanation.

Supported mailbox providers

Connect Gmail and Microsoft 365 with OAuth, any SMTP mailbox (with optional IMAP for replies), and SendGrid, Mailgun or Amazon SES on plans that include high-volume senders.

OAuth buttons are disabled until the operator configures provider client IDs. ESP senders require the HighVolumeProviders feature (Business and Agency).

Per-mailbox daily limits

Each mailbox has its own daily send limit: 50 by default for personal mailboxes and 10,000 for high-volume providers, adjustable per mailbox.

DNS records generated and checked

Add a sending domain and MAILTIG generates the verification, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to publish, then checks them by DNS lookup on demand and hourly until they pass.

A passing check proves the records resolve. It does not prove inbox placement.

Warm-up between your own mailboxes

Warm-up exchanges messages between your own connected mailboxes on a ramp, with automatic pause when recent failures exceed 5%. It needs at least two connected mailboxes.

Warm-up is not a shared network with other customers' mailboxes.

One inbox for every connected mailbox

Replies from every connected mailbox arrive in one inbox, matched to the campaign and contact by message headers, with bounces and auto-replies detected and sentiment classified.

Replies are received from Gmail, Microsoft 365 and SMTP mailboxes with IMAP configured. ESP senders are send-only.

Reply, assign, snooze, note

Reply in the thread from the connected mailbox, assign a conversation, snooze it, set the contact's status, add internal notes that are never emailed, and let a human reply stop the sequence automatically.

Separate tenants per client

On the Agency plan, run separate client workspaces with their own users, mailboxes, contacts, campaigns and inbox, apply role templates, see the client portfolio and take monthly report snapshots.

Each client is a separate tenant. Cross-tenant access is denied by the API.

Your brand on the workspace

Agency workspaces can set their own product name, logo, primary colour, support email and custom host.
