MAILTIG terms of use and acceptable use

Effective 6 November 2026. MAILTIG is offered worldwide.

Agreement

These terms cover the public MAILTIG website and the MAILTIG application. By using either, you agree to them. The operator is RNDSOL. MAILTIG is a product of RNDSOL, offered worldwide.

Version 2026-11-06, effective 2026-11-06.

The service

MAILTIG is outreach software: contacts you already have, mailboxes you connect, conditional email sequences, a unified inbox, DNS checks, and a signed credit catalog.

This website describes the product. Interactive tours do not send email and do not open a tenant. Creating a workspace takes you to the application on a separate host. Passwords are never entered on this website.

Accounts

You must be able to form a contract. You are responsible for workspace users you invite and for the contacts and content you load.

Sign-in uses a workspace code, then a separate secure sign-in page. Second-factor checks, when enabled, happen on that sign-in host. MAILTIG does not store passwords on this marketing origin.

Credits and plans

Prices are the signed catalog on the pricing page: monthly USD, no annual option, no overage. Credits you buy do not expire. Failed sends are refunded. Sending pauses at zero credits.

One campaign email costs one credit. Address verification costs 0.1. A warm-up message between your own mailboxes costs 0.1. Paid enrichment costs 0.5. Mail-provider fees are paid to your provider, not to MAILTIG.

A catalog that is stale or unsigned is a guide only until it is confirmed.

Acceptable use

You must have a lawful basis to email the people you import. Do not use MAILTIG to send unsolicited bulk email, to harvest addresses, or to bypass Gmail, Microsoft, ESP or local law.

LinkedIn, SMS, call and WhatsApp steps are tasks for a person. MAILTIG does not send on those channels for you.

Every campaign message must keep the List-Unsubscribe headers and the postal-address footer the product adds. You supply a real postal address for that footer.

No inbox-placement promise

MAILTIG checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC, enforces per-mailbox limits, warms up between mailboxes you connected, and pauses campaigns when bounces spike. A DNS pass is not inbox placement. Placement still depends on your reputation, content and recipients.

Your content and our software

You keep the rights in your contacts, copy and mailboxes. You grant RNDSOL a licence to process that material solely to provide MAILTIG.

MAILTIG, the brand marks and the software remain RNDSOL's. You may not copy, scrape or resell the product or this website.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep MAILTIG available. We do not publish a numbered uptime figure. We may change features, credits or these terms; material price changes appear on the pricing page before they apply to a new purchase.

Warranties and liability

The website and the product are provided as they are. RNDSOL does not warrant inbox placement, a particular reply rate, or fitness for a purpose we have not agreed in writing.

To the extent the applicable law allows, RNDSOL is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss, and its total liability for a claim relating to MAILTIG is limited to the fees you paid for MAILTIG in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, where that rule applies).

Law and disputes

MAILTIG is offered worldwide. These terms are governed by the law that applies to RNDSOL as operator, without a conflict-of-laws rule that would point elsewhere. Courts competent for RNDSOL may hear a dispute. If a mandatory consumer or data-protection rule in your country cannot be waived, that rule still applies.
