Credits are the only usage unit MAILTIG bills. They never expire. There is no overage. When the balance hits zero, sending pauses.
What each action costs
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| Campaign email handed to your mailbox provider | 1.0 |
| Address verification (local, Kickbox or Debounce) | 0.1 |
| Warm-up message between your mailboxes | 0.1 |
| Enrichment through a paid provider you connected | 0.5 |
Failed sends are refunded. Timeouts are recorded as Unknown and the credit stays reserved, because the provider may have accepted the message.
