Mail providers
Gmail / Google Workspace
Send campaign email and receive replies through a Google mailbox you own.
- Connection
- Native OAuth
- Direction
- send-receive
- Plan
- All plans
What works
- OAuth connection with the scopes openid, email, gmail.send and gmail.readonly (offline access, consent prompt)
- Sending through the Gmail API with threading headers so follow-ups stay in one conversation
- Reply polling every minute (newest 25 inbox messages per run) into the unified inbox
- Automatic token refresh two minutes before expiry; DKIM is handled by Google
Limitations
- Daily send limit defaults to 50 per mailbox; Google's own sending quotas still apply
- The OAuth button is disabled until the operator configures a Google client ID and secret
- Push notifications (Gmail watch) are not used yet; replies arrive on the one-minute poll
Requirements
- A Google account you control
- Operator-configured Google OAuth client
- A verified sending domain is recommended
