How to triage a shared inbox
Assign, note, snooze or draft. MAILTIG keeps the contact, campaign step and thread together so a shared inbox is a queue, not a scavenger hunt.

A reply without context is a ticket. MAILTIG's inbox is built so the person answering can see the sequence that caused the message.
The unit of work
Open a thread. You should see:
- The contact, list and company
- The campaign and the step that sent
- Prior mail in that conversation
- Assignee, notes and tasks
If receive is not configured for that mailbox (SMTP without IMAP, or an ESP send-only sender), the reply will not appear here. It will be in the provider inbox.
A practical queue
- Unassigned, unread. Claim it or assign it.
- Positive reply. Move the contact off the sequence (a reply parks or completes according to the campaign). Log the next human step.
- Out of office. Decide whether to wait. MAILTIG does not auto-resume an out-of-office as a buying signal.
- Unsubscribe or "stop". Honour it. Suppression is the next click, not a debate.
- AI draft (if enabled). Read it. Edit it. Send it yourself. The sample exhibit on this site labels drafts as demonstration-only.
The interactive sample on the inbox feature page uses fictional names. Use it to learn the layout before you create a workspace.
