What works
- OAuth with openid, email, offline_access, User.Read, Mail.Send and Mail.Read
- Sending via Graph sendMail with internet message headers for threading
- Inbox polling every minute with a Graph cursor
Limitations
- Daily send limit defaults to 50 per mailbox; Microsoft's tenant limits still apply
- OAuth button disabled until the operator configures a Microsoft app registration
- Graph change subscriptions are not used yet
Requirements
- A Microsoft 365 mailbox
- Operator-configured Microsoft OAuth client
